Notes - Early Life
A number of Ancestry trees have her born in 1706 in Shropshire, to Samuel Owens and Anne Tittley. I'm not sure of the basis for this attribution so leave her parentage blank for the time being.
Death
Some Ancestry trees have her death in May 1794 in Hammersmith. I'm not completely convinced as it's hard to understand why she would have been buried in Hammersmith when the family seems to have been very firmly rooted in Herefordshire (and possibly Shropshire).
