  Early Life Simon Bunce was the son1 of James Bunce and his wife Elizabeth Rayner, daughter of Matthew Rayner. Family Life Simon married Dorothy Grimsdith, daughter of William Grimsditch of Grimsditch in Cheshire. They had a single child, Anne, probably born around 1595; she married Sir William Brockman of Beachborough. Death Berry's County Genealogies2 gives Simon's death (at Ottrinden) in 1611.
