    • Listed here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Justice_of_the_Common_Pleas with a death of 2 June 1454
Dugdale gives death 1455 and says that he was the executor of Lord Cromwell, but then goes on to say his will was dated 20 Nov 1457 and proved 22 Apr 1458 so something doesn't quite make sense.

Ducatus gives his wife (the third, and mother of Robert) as ___ daughter of Giles Foster Esq. He shows ___ Mills as his second wife and the mother of 4 daughters.

      Per County Families:
appointed a King's serjeant, 17 April 1440; justice of assize in Yorkshire in 1441; judge of the Common Pleas, 1444; of the King's Bench, 1452. He was executor of Ralph, Lord Cromwell, treasurer of England, who died January 1455. Married, 1st, Bridget, daughter and co-heriress of John Sherfeild. He died 1456.

County Families has his second wife as Margaret Mills and the mother of all his children. It shows Ellen Cross as his 3rd wife with no issue.

It seems more likely to me that the bulk of his children are more likely to have been with the second wife than the third.
